How to Reach Your Goals

  1. Set attainable goals.

  2. Set attainable subgoals to your goals.

  3. Identify steps to each subgoal.

  4. Focus on only one step at a time.

You need a plan of action on HOW to realistically accomplish your goals.

Sometimes there is a lot of time, space, and necessary things that have to happen before your goals can be met.

Sometimes those big goals can be overwhelming with all it will take to get there. Focusing on only one step at a time can help relieve some of that anxiety.

Also understand that plans can change and that's okay as life continues to happen and we have to adjust to it.

Life is about the journey. Not the destination. You can learn and grow so much from the process that you become a better you, appreciating your life along the way, by the time you reach your goals.
